These terms describe the current free Seoptiz service, account requirements, user responsibilities, and limitations of technical findings. They do not create a paid subscription or invent a legal entity or governing jurisdiction.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to the Seoptiz website and its SEO, domain, DNS, content, and website-diagnostic tools. By using the public site, creating an account, or submitting a tool request, you agree to follow these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A feature may display additional terms before use; those apply only if they are shown and accepted.
Seoptiz is the product name. The legal operator's registered name, business structure, and chosen governing jurisdiction have not been supplied, so these Terms do not fabricate them. Mandatory consumer or privacy rights remain in force wherever they cannot lawfully be limited. These Terms are a general website document, not legal advice.
Eligibility, registration, and account security
You must be legally able to use an online service and provide accurate information when registering. Registration currently accepts properly formatted Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, or iCloud addresses; custom company domains and other providers are rejected by the implemented allowlist. Email verification is required before account features that depend on a verified address can be used. The owner may change eligibility settings only through lawful, disclosed product changes.
Keep your password and verification links private. Choose a unique password and promptly notify the operator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. The application hashes passwords and uses time-limited verification and reset tokens, but users remain responsible for activity performed through their accounts to the extent permitted by law. Do not create accounts to evade quotas, suspensions, or access controls.
Service, free access, and availability
Seoptiz currently offers public tools and account-dependent features without a payment checkout or paid subscription. No subscription price, renewal, tax, cancellation charge, refund policy, or payment processor is represented as active. A future paid feature would require clear terms and consent before any charge. A pricing or information page does not by itself create a purchase.
Anonymous visitors may run three free tool tests in a browser session before the site requests registration. A session reset or changed administrator setting may affect that experience. Account-only tools include Rank Tracking and Saved SEO Reports; their usefulness depends on the associated database and, for live rank data, an authorized data provider. Live ranking measurements are not currently supplied. Other tools may be restricted by an administrator or daily quota.
The service can change, pause, or remove a tool, correct an error, perform maintenance, or rely on third-party systems without guaranteeing a particular uptime or support response time. Some tools depend on public websites, DNS resolvers, RDAP registries, browser storage, or email delivery. Those systems may be unavailable or return incomplete information.
Tool categories and what they do not promise
Seoptiz includes page audits, technical SEO checks, keyword utilities, account-based rank notes, user-supplied backlink analysis, page-level competitor review, local page signals, crawler-directive checks, domain and DNS tools, server diagnostics, content checks, structured-data tools, reporting, generators, and validators. The specific page for each tool describes the accepted input and current result. A directory label is organizational, not a promise that every capability in that field is connected.
Examples of important boundaries include: keyword suggestions are generated locally and are not search-volume measurements; backlink analysis summarizes the CSV a user provides and is not a web-wide backlink index; competitor comparison reviews a supplied page and is not a live multi-competitor report; local SEO checks do not connect to a business profile or map-ranking provider; AI visibility checks published crawler directives and do not measure AI search appearances; and Core Web Vitals are not reported as measured values without a browser or field-data source. Rank Tracking does not retrieve live positions. The multi-page domain crawler is disabled, and a single-page check must not be described as a site-wide crawl.
DNS and RDAP data can be cached, incomplete, redacted, or unavailable. SSL and HTTP checks reflect the request made from the application server, which can differ from a user's browser. A website may vary its response by region, cookies, user agent, authentication, or network. The returned data is not an authoritative copy of every version of the target.
Each result should be interpreted as a limited observation, not a professional certification. The user is responsible for comparing a finding with the relevant authoritative configuration and understanding whether the tool measured the issue that matters.
API access and automated use
No public, generally available Seoptiz API or API key program is offered in this release. A browser form or internal route is not a license to call undocumented endpoints, reverse engineer private interfaces, automate account creation, or avoid the user-facing quotas. Any future API must have published documentation, an access model, authentication rules, rate limits, data-handling terms, and a separate authorization process before third parties may rely on it.
Automated use that exceeds ordinary interactive diagnostics can burden the application, target websites, DNS resolvers, and RDAP services. Do not write scripts to rotate accounts, clear session state, parallelize requests, crawl large lists, or replay a request after a limit is reached. A tool's single-request validation is not permission to scan a whole domain or network. The operator may block requests or suspend access when automation is disruptive or violates applicable law.
If an organization needs bulk processing, it should obtain written authorization and an agreed scope from the relevant system owners and the service operator before sending traffic. No such bulk program or service-level commitment is implied by the current public tools.
Billing, subscriptions, refunds, and future changes
The current service has no payment checkout, paid plan, recurring subscription, automatic renewal, payment processor, or active fee. There is therefore no active subscription cancellation flow, renewal date, refund schedule, billing tax calculation, or payment-dispute process to describe. Do not treat an account registration, a tool label, or an administrator-managed access setting as a purchase.
If paid access is introduced later, a user must be shown the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal behavior, cancellation method, trial terms if any, refund policy, and any limitations before purchase. The user must affirmatively agree before a payment is submitted. The service should provide receipts and a workable way to manage or cancel recurring billing as required by law. These future items are not active promises under this version of the Terms.
Any future pricing and billing terms must be consistent with the actual checkout provider and legal requirements. A policy update alone cannot authorize a charge that was not clearly disclosed and accepted. Existing users must receive any legally required notice before a material commercial change affects them.
Diagnostics, outputs, and limitations
Tools inspect observable signals or process information supplied by the user. A result may describe page metadata, HTTP responses, DNS records, public RDAP fields, supplied CSV rows, text characteristics, or generated code. It is a snapshot at a particular time and may differ by resolver, network, user-agent, cache, region, or access permission. A “pass” applies only to the check described; it is not a certification of a site.
Seoptiz does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, sales, security, uptime, legal compliance, accessibility, deliverability, or a business outcome. Keyword suggestions are local ideas rather than verified search-volume data; backlink analysis uses a file supplied by the user rather than a commercial index; the domain crawler is limited to a single-page audit; competitor comparison is not a complete market report; responsive checks do not replace browser testing; and Core Web Vitals are not fabricated when field or browser measurements are unavailable.
Some outputs contain generated HTML, JSON, redirects, robots directives, or configuration snippets. Review them, confirm they suit your site, and test changes on a safe environment before production. You are responsible for understanding the output and obtaining professional advice where the decision has legal, security, financial, or operational consequences.
Projects, reports, and data handling
Account projects, audits, and saved reports depend on a configured database. A successful result is not saved merely because it appears on screen; look for an explicit confirmation from the application. Public audit results are not saved by default unless the account workflow records them. Data handling and browser storage are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The application does not currently provide a universal self-service account-deletion control, and it does not promise an automatic deletion time for every database record. An account request can be made through the Contact Us page once a public channel is verified. Deleting a project or account, where an administrator performs that action, may not immediately remove copies in backups or infrastructure logs.
How these terms are interpreted
Headings are included for navigation and do not change the meaning of a provision. The words “including” and “for example” introduce examples and do not limit a broader requirement. If a court or other authority finds a particular term unenforceable, that term should be limited only as much as necessary and the remaining terms should continue to apply where the law permits. A failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms apply to the current Seoptiz website and features that are actually made available to the user. A feature-specific notice can supplement these Terms only if it is presented before the feature is used and does not purport to remove a right that cannot be waived. A translation may be provided for convenience; the operator should identify any legally controlling version before relying on a translated document.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between a user and the operator. A user cannot transfer account credentials or rights in a way that compromises security or violates another person's rights. The operator may transfer its obligations only in a manner consistent with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Suspension, termination, and account closure
A user may stop using public tools at any time. Account features may require the user to sign out or ask the operator for account assistance; the application does not currently provide a universal self-service account closure control. A request should be made only through a contact method verified on the Contact Us page. The operator may need to verify identity and may retain records where law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution requires it.
The operator may restrict or suspend access if there is a reasonable basis to believe that an account is compromised, a request is abusive, a quota is being evaded, a legal obligation requires action, or continued access creates a material security risk. Where practical and lawful, the operator should give the affected user a concise reason and a way to request review. Immediate action may be necessary to protect systems or people. No fixed appeal timetable or guaranteed reinstatement is promised.
On termination, session access may end, and account features may no longer be available. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy and actual database configuration. Closing an account does not automatically erase public information already returned from a third-party site, logs retained by an external provider, or backup copies that remain under a documented retention schedule. The operator should not keep account data indefinitely without a purpose or legal basis.
Users must not attempt to regain access by creating replacement accounts, changing identifying details, or using another person's credentials after a suspension. They may request a review through a verified channel and provide relevant facts without sending passwords or authentication tokens.
Intellectual property and feedback
Seoptiz branding, original editorial material, interface design, and software are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder, including the developer attribution Skypeaklimits where applicable. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the site or grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use a brand mark in a way that implies endorsement. You may use tool outputs for your own legitimate website work, subject to third-party rights and the accuracy limits stated by the tool.
If you send a suggestion, you permit the operator to consider and use it without an obligation to pay or keep it confidential, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Do not send trade secrets or sensitive information through a general contact channel.
Third-party services and suspension
Some checks contact public websites, DNS services, or RDAP endpoints. Those services are outside Seoptiz's control and may apply their own terms, availability limits, and privacy practices. A link to an external service is not an endorsement or guarantee. No payment integration or public API is represented as active by these Terms.
The operator may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to suspected abuse, comply with law, or address a security risk. Where practical and lawful, the operator may explain the reason and allow a user to request review. No formal appeal portal or response-time guarantee is currently provided.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every result is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. No tool result is a substitute for an authorized security assessment, legal advice, accessibility review, or live search-data source.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, including decisions based solely on a diagnostic result. This paragraph does not impose an arbitrary dollar cap or remove non-waivable rights. A court applying mandatory law determines the limits that are enforceable in a particular case.
Governing law, changes, and contact
No governing law, court, or legal entity has been confirmed for these Terms, so none is invented here. Applicable mandatory law continues to govern. Before publication for production use, the operator should obtain legal advice and add any verified contracting-party details and dispute process.
The operator may revise these Terms when the service or law changes. The revision date will be updated, and material changes should be communicated using an appropriate method when required. General questions may be directed through the Contact Us page and its owner-confirmed inbox. No dedicated legal-notice address is confirmed.
